POSITION MISSION

RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION MISSION
La risorsa si occuperà di svolgere attività di analisi, modellazione, sviluppo e redazione della documentazione di progetto nell’ambito di nuovi ed esistenti software proprietari operanti nella Diagnostica Ferroviaria applicata da Mermec sulle principali reti ferroviarie del mondo. Inoltre, si occuperà della formazione (“training-on -the-job”) di nuove risorse che saranno inserite nel team di sviluppo in funzione degli obiettivi di accrescimento della Business Unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design e sviluppo di moduli software esistenti e/o di nuove applicazioni;
- Analisi di fattibilità e impatti su attività di sviluppo (re-factoring) di moduli software di applicazioni già esistenti;
- Task assignment, code review e applicazione di metodologie Agile di sviluppo all’interno del team assegnato;
- Interazione e comunicazione con altri team di lavoro (test/business/enterprise teams, agile teams, team leaders & developers);
- Gestione delle tempistiche di sviluppo di commessa, rispettando i vincoli on-time e on-budget assegnati;
- Documentazione tecnico funzionale delle attività prodotte.
QUALIFICATIONS and TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Approfondita ed ampia conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione Object Oriented, best practises e principali design patterns di sviluppo (MVC, MVVM)
- Ottima conoscenza del linguaggio C#, .NET framework (4.0+) , WPF, WCF, REST, ASP.NET MVC , JavaScript /jQuery e responsive web design;

POSITION MISSION L’attività si svolgerà all’interno del dipartimento di progettazione elettromeccanica è sarà coadiuvata tecnicamente dai singoli esperti di sottosistema. Nella mansione di PE il candidato riporterà funzionalmente al responsabile del dipartimento di progettazione elettromeccanica e potrebbe riportare gerarchicamente ad uno dei responsabili dei team di cui si compone il dipartimento. RESPONSIBILITIES Altamente preferenziale è per questa posizione l’esperienza
maturata nel settore della progettazione e costruzione dei veicoli ferroviari o
almeno, in subordine, in ambito di progettazione di macchine nei settori veicoli
pesanti o macchine operatrici. Il candidato, partendo da queste esperienze, dovrà
acquisire le competenze specifiche relative ai nostri veicoli diagnostici ed alla
integrazione dei sottosistemi a bordo veicoli per arrivare ad occuparsi della
gestione tecnica delle commesse. In particolare, nel ruolo di PE, è chiamato a
compiere le seguenti attività:
- Pianificazione delle attività di progettazione,
in collaborazione con i colleghi del Planning
- Gestione di una piccola squadra (fino a sei
persone) di progettisti (elettrici, meccanici, calcolisti, automazione) con solo
riporto funzionale
- Gestione dell’avanzamento del progetto in tutte
le sue fasi: dall’acquisizione della commessa alla messa in servizio

Responsibilities
La risorsa,
inserito/a all’interno del Dipartimento Risorse Umane, si occuperà di:
- Rilevazione e

rapporto con il provider payroll esterno e controllo delle variabili paga;

POSITION MISSION
The technician will take care of the installation of the measurement systems and the activities of both ordinary and corrective maintenance during the warranty and post-warranty periods. During the installation it will participate in the electrical and mechanical assembly activities in the field, in the testing on site, at the first start of the systems and will support systems engineers during commissioning. During the maintenance and assistance phase, he will take care of the scheduled maintenance activities, diagnosis of remote and field failure, repairs and functional checks of the installed systems.
